(Jakarta) – The law process which involved JK's role player in Republik Mimpi program, Jarwo Kwat made public give their empathy, even has forced the member of the board to vote.
JK’s partner, Effendy Ghazali who was the president's counselor at Republik Mimpi asked public to pray for him.
Effendy said, JK was one hundred innocent, because there were some letters being hidden by the police.
According to Ghazali, the letter that was sent to Jarwo is a matter of private law.
“This is purely private law. The third commission of DPR has made agreement that the case purely private law. The new terms, if it is Munir than it will be Munirized, if JK being JK-ized,” Ghazali explained.
Politization of JK’s Case
Metro Jaya Police Department gave their comment.
“This case is over politized. What the police has made is appropriate with law procedure,” said the Chief of Metro Jaya Police Region, General Inspector Adang Firman in Jakarta, Wednesday (9/1).
The police's argument for this time, Adang said, has been approved by the attorney, “This is only ordinary case, there’s no motive in authority disused.”
Jarwo Kwat was being a suspect for his business partner’s report, Alex Tjokrorahardjo with charges of embezzling and blank check error, dealing with Kampoeng Bola 2006 program at East Parking Senayan on June 25th 2006 ago.
Jarwo has gave over the check to Alex Tjocokrorahajo with cash money amount of 190 million rupiahs and witnessed by Andar Jaya. At the same time Andar made agreement with Alex containing statement that Andar took responsible for the check’s nominal and paid directly 90 million rupiahs to him. The agreement was signed on a meterai.
But the barter of check with cash money has its continuation because Alex couldn’t cash the check. Then, Jarwo got a call from the police as a suspect for deceit case over Alex. (Dhita/Lala)
