Related with civil case of Supersemar Foundation owned by Soeharto, according Juan, Soeharto’s family would well accepted if the case be withdrawn, however, if there were other solutions outside the court then the completion must be unconditionally.
Juan also optimistic that Soeharto’s lawyer team would have won if the Supersemar Foundation civil case continued in the court.
There is none of the accusation from attorney used authentic proof. All 100 percent copied. How will the court run if the proofs were copied? It’s legally denied over law. We definitely sure would win,” said Juan. (Mimie,Adi/Teks.Lala)
