SBY-Badawi Meet Face To Face

(Putrajaya) – President Of Republic Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono will meet face to face with Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi in Annual Consultation Meeting Of Indonesia-Malaysia on Friday (11/1) afternoon.

This meeting will be held on around 30 minutes and furthermore official government from both countries will attend consultation meeting.

The result of companionship haven’t been known yet. But, in that bilateral meeting, the complication of matters pertaining to man power will be discussed.

Economic sector also open to be discussed, such commerce and investment upgrading, border issue area, illegal logging, founding of Eminent Person Group (EGP), cooperation in military, education, tourism, and culture areas.

President and cabinet minister arrived in prime minister offices at Putrajaya on 10.15 am. They met Prime Minister Malaysia Abdullah Badawi and Minister Foreign Affairs Malaysia Syed Hamid Akbar.
In that companionship, president accompanied Minister Foreign Affairs Hassan Wirajuda, Coordinating Minisiter for Economic Affairs Boediono, Trade Minister Mari Elka Pangestu, Minister Man Power and Transmigration Erman Soeparno, Minister Foresty MS Kaban, Minister for Women Empowerment Meutia Hatta Swasono, Minister Education Bambang Sudibyo and Chief of Indonesian Police General Sutanto.
