Depkumham Did Not Favoritism Release Goal The Political Party In Election 2009

(Jakarta, 26/2) – Law and Human Rights’ Department (Depkumham) did not favoritism in process goal the political parties to become participants in election 2009. That’s what Administration Director of Public’s Law (AHU) Depkumham Aidir Amin Daud said.
“The verification process at this time still not doing yet to test deserved or not a political party to become participant in election 2009,” said Aidir in Depkumham’s building, Kuningan, Jakarta.

Related with that, Peduli Rakyat National Party (PPRN) did protest to Depkumham about the PPRN’s files that taken by another fraction. PPRN it self divided two, that’s Negeri Sirait’s side and T. H Sinambela’s side
